Little Bright Smiles app for iPhone and iPad

Introducing Little Bright Smiles, a fun interactive app that will help children build a lifetime of oral health habits. And guess what, it’s free!

More than a million school kids in the MENA region have benefitted from the Colgate Bright Smiles Bright Futures® program. To continue building their oral care habits, Colgate suggests parents to install Little Bright Smiles educational application. This app includes five free games and a two-minute brushing song that will make sure your kids brush until every tooth is cleaned.


Here are the key messages children and parents will learn together:

• Brush with fluoride toothpaste after breakfast and before bedtime

• Floss every day

• Visit your dentist regularly

• Limit the number of times you eat sweet and sticky snacks

أكثر من مليون طالب مدرسة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا استفادوا من برنامج “ابتسامات صغيرة مشرقة لمستقبل مشرق”. ولنتأكد من استمرار تعلّم الأطفال عادات صحية جديدة للعناية بالفم، ننصح الآباء بتحميل التطبيق التعليمي “ابتسامات صغيرة مشرقة”. إذ يحتوي هذا التطبيق على خمس ألعاب وأغنية من دقيقتين تساعد الأطفال على تفريش أسنانهم بشكل جيد.

وهذه هي أهم النصائح التي سيتعلّمها الأطفال والآباء معاً:
- نظّف أسنانك بمعجون أسنان يحتوي على الفلورايد بعد الإفطار وقبل الخلود إلى النوم
- نظّف أسنانك بالخيط كل يوم
- قم بزيارة طبيب الأسنان بشكل منتظم
- قلّل من عدد مرات تناول الحلويات والوجبات الصغيرة التي تلتصق بالأسنان
